About this event
Emma Watkins’ Pretend It’s Pretend is a tender, funny, searching new play about the teachers who memorize every name, the fathers who mistake protection for love, and the students who are asked to carry more than they should. The story follows Jen, a third-grade teacher, Arthur, a playground designer carrying old grief, and his teenage daughter Clara.
