Doors 8pm, Show 8:30pm $15 adv / $20 DOS Goatroper celebrates the release of their second album, “All Night” at the Jalopy Theatre. Recorded at Metropolitan Sounds in Williamsburg, these ten tunes are inspired by late nights in dive bars. Tight harmonies, catchy melodies & great storytelling promise to make this an excellent night of songs. Goatroper will be joined by their good friends Ghost Rodeo & Sam Brown for an night of getting down. Goatroper is a Good Timing Upper Midwestern outfit from the beautiful city of Minneapolis, MN. Lead by Mike Lee and Abbey Janli - this group blends the traditions of American music with the rhythms of a Honky-Tonk night - featuring tight harmonies - infectious grooves and a sound that'll have you coming back for another helping. Floating somewhere between Americana and indie rock, Ghost Rodeo sings about roads, heartbreak, and ethereal planes. They have materialized in various forms over the past decade, and are currently riding again with the release of their EP "Up Above the City." Sam Brown is a lifelong singer and performer. She is a singer/songwriter and also performs with her rock and country band, Hearts on Fire. Both a songwriter and cover artist, Sam’s shows are dynamic, and she offers an eclectic range of high quality shows that are both fresh and familiar. Sam can be seen at local Brooklyn spots like Sunny’s Bar, Jalopy Tavern, and Skinny Dennis, and is a longtime performer with Joe McGinty’s Losers Lounge at Joe’s Pub.
