Community Mental Health Promotion and Support (COMHPS) at Family Services of Westchester is a team of bilingual community wellness specialists dedicated to increasing access to free mental health education, emotional support, and community resources throughout Westchester County. They provide: Free mental health and wellness information, emotional support resource navigation, information about Family Services of Westchester programs and community resources, educational materials in English and Spanish, interactive wellness activities and giveaways that encourage self-care and stress management.
